We were once that athlete
One arrived with no money, no English, and no one to explain how things worked. The other arrived because the first one opened the doors. Dream It exists because we both lived this firsthand.

Philippe Patri and Diego Saenz, Santiago, Chile, 2025
Ep. 1: Our story. How Dream It was born.
From athletes to founders
The dream is born
Philippe, a soccer player in Santiago, dreams of a sports scholarship in the U.S. No money, no connections, no English.
Philippe travels alone to Iowa
He earns a scholarship to Northwestern College. First generation. Learned English with Netflix and borrowed books. Paid for his process by recruiting players.
The agency is born
Philippe returns to Chile transformed and begins guiding athletes down the same path, with the map he had to draw alone.
Diego arrives in Nebraska
Philippe opens the doors for him. Diego arrives at Midland University at 18. Alone, without knowing the system. He learns fast because there is no other option.
Transfer to Georgia
Diego transfers to Thomas University. Starting over. The best decision of his life. That courage defines how he supports athletes today.
Dream It Agency
Philippe and Diego become partners. From mentor and athlete to co-founders. 300+ athletes placed in universities across the U.S. and Canada.

“I don't do it for medals. I do it because I believe you can't guide an athlete if you don't live like one.”
In 2015, I was just another player at a soccer academy in Santiago. I had a dream: to study and compete in the United States on a sports scholarship. But I had no money, no connections, and my English was terrible.
I didn't have an English teacher. I didn't have a SAT tutor. I borrowed books. I learned the language watching Netflix and talking to people. I paid for my own process by recruiting players for the academy where I trained, in exchange for a discount on my tuition.
In 2017 I earned my scholarship and traveled alone to Northwestern College, Iowa, a Christian university in the heart of the American Midwest. I was the first generation to make it.
Four years later I returned to Chile transformed. And I started helping other athletes walk the same path, with the map I had to draw alone.
Today, besides leading Dream It, I'm an Ironman athlete. I've completed 2 full-distance Ironman races with a PB of 9h 20min, and 3 half-distance (70.3) with a PB of 4h 22min. The discipline, the pain, the consistency, the long-term mindset: you don't teach that from behind a desk.
That same mindset is what I bring to every process. I work personally with each athlete and their family. Because I know what it feels like when nobody guides you. And I know what it feels like when someone does.
